The ETN can design tailor-made learning sets to help your teams address the new challenges they face. Lynne has specialist expertise in the development and delivery of cutting-edge learning sets to address the issues facing mental health commissioners and providers. This is an area which she is keen to offer to help kick-start the mental healthcare commissioning process through collaborative learning.
Specialised support services for Medical Directors (Responsible Officers) and medical managers
Lynne has worked closely with a number of medical directors particularly with regard to the forthcoming revalidation and appraisal processes. She is now offering support to medical directors who have extended legal accountabilities in their new roles as ‘responsible officers’. She will work collaboratively to help alleviate their administrative burden and reduce their costs, keeping expenditure low and affordable in accordance with organisational budgets and the current economic climate. The services are listed below:

We can assist the ‘responsible officer’ with:

- the recruitment, training and monitoring of appraisers according to the recommended job description and person specification (Quality Assurance of Medical Appraisers (March 2012))
- the audit of missing and incomplete appraisals
- the provision of exit reports for locums.
