Medico-legal Event of the Year for Mental Health Professionals
Tuesday 29th September to Thursday 1st October 2026
At Hazlewood Castle, North Yorkshire
OR
Fully interactive live streamed event
The Grange Conference Directors and ETN take especial pleasure in welcoming you to the landmark 25th Annual Grange Conference.
The Grange Medico-legal Conference is undoubtedly the nation’s leading conference for expert witnesses in mental health. Whether you are new ‘expert’ or very experienced, you will find our special focus on cutting edge topics, quite unique.
Now, in our third year in Hazlewood Castle – in sunny Yorkshire, The Grange Conference Directors have, as ever, chosen the topics carefully, based on previous attendees’ feedback and a forensic analysis of the issues facing experts in the current medico-legal environment. A particular emphasis on Day One this year is the challenge of Artificial Intelligence – its use is now becoming widespread, so what are the implications for our practice?
As always, the three-day conference will be a hybrid event enabling those who are unable to attend to participate remotely. However, the 25th Anniversary is a great opportunity to come in person. Experts will undoubtedly gain from networking with other experts and speakers, and be able to participate more fully in the interactive sessions.
For those attending in person, there will be an extra bonus 25th Anniversary Lecture from Professor Michael Kopelman on Tuesday afternoon so please do try to join us in person at Hazlewood Castle. And of course, our residential delegates are able to attend our famous Black Tie Dinner on Wednesday evening in the Castle’s Chapel which includes pre-dinner entertainment on the terrace and one of our favourite after dinner speakers.
Partners are welcome to attend the dinner, and the environs of Hazlewood Castle provide a range of activities to keep them entertained during the conference.
So, we look forward to welcoming all experts, new and old, to Yorkshire for the Medico- Legal Event of the Year for Mental Health Professionals – starting with welcome drinks and a relaxed social dinner on Monday 28th September 2026 and the conference itself between Tuesday 29th September and Thursday 1st October 2026.
